Confidentiality Policy

StartIndia.AI treats the confidentiality of Client information as central to our engagement. This policy applies to all Clients using our incorporation, compliance, tax, and trademark services, and to any information processed through our AI-assisted workflows.

• We do not disclose Client information to any third party except as necessary to deliver the requested service, as required by law, or with the Client’s consent.
• We do not use a Client’s name, brand, or case details for marketing or case studies without prior written consent.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade Client lists or Client information to third parties.
• Access to Confidential Information within StartIndia.AI is limited to personnel and engaged professionals (CAs, CS, advocates) who need it to perform the specific engagement.
• Data submitted to or generated by our AI-assisted drafting tools is treated with the same confidentiality protections as any other Client document, and is not used to train models shared with other clients except in de-identified, aggregated form.

Confidential Information includes, without limitation: incorporation and KYC documents, financial statements, business plans, trade secrets, proprietary ideas, pricing and cost information, and any other non-public information disclosed in connection with the engagement, whether marked “confidential” or not.

This policy does not restrict information that: (a) was already in StartIndia.AI’s possession before disclosure by the Client; (b) is or becomes public through no fault of StartIndia.AI; (c) is lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality; or (d) is independently developed by StartIndia.AI without reference to the Client’s Confidential Information.

Confidentiality obligations under this policy survive the completion or termination of the engagement and continue for as long as the information remains confidential in nature, subject to statutory retention and disclosure requirements.
